I've been trying to find time to make a loom that would take other manufacturers heddles because of many requests. My customers seem to like the artistic look of my hand made looms with the hand made ratchet and pawls. I like them too. But I am not able to make every single size heddle that people request. Making heddles is a difficult business for sure! So finally here it is. This 16" loom can come with an ashford heddle or of course a handmade heddle. You can also choose wood ratchet and pawls or now you can get plastic ones. both are made by me :)
Anyway here is the new 16" version of my loom. This one shown with plastic ratchet and pawls. :) So darn cute!

Handywoman's weaving tools will now have the logo branded on them
I am so super excited about this. I've been saving for a long time to get a branding machine for my weaving tools. I purchased a cheaper one a while back and it was useless. This one should be perfect. I just got the proof back from the company that is making it. Wow, looks great and I'm so super excited. Here it is :)

My new Lazy Kate
I've been super busy this year making new products for my Etsy shop. It's been about time for many years but I have to be in the mood to figure out how to make stuff. :) Anyway here is the new addition to my shop. Another fun use for all those bobbins!!!! When I run out I will have to figure out something else that's clever and cute.
Here she is a lazy Kate. This one can be made to fit the pocket on my benches or can be purchased without a bench.

New Yarn Susan's
This sweet little yarn Susan is made using a vintage quill bobbin. I have a ton of these and what better way to up-cycle them. Adding the hardware for this was a bit difficult to figure out but I finally did it! So excited about my new store product.
Here she is, my first Yarn Susan!

A gaggle of handmade rigid heddle looms
This is a order I just finished and just shipped off today. These are for a class being given in Ohio. I'm super excited at how nice these turned out. I had to show them off, so here they are.
